We work in the Chaco and in the Eastern Region, and the team grows with every station we take on. These are the roles we need most.
Field
Foreman (capataz)
Leads the work in the field: herd, animal health, rotation and maintenance. Someone who can drove cattle calmly, read a pasture and keep the record sheet.

Field staff
Skilled hands for the work of the station. Low-stress cattle handling, upkeep of fencing, water points and corrals.
Professional
Veterinarian
Herd health plan, reproduction, pregnancy checks and herd follow-up. Licensed, with experience in cow-calf and finishing operations.
Professional
Agronomist
Pasture management, stocking rate, renovation and forage planning. Someone who measures the resource instead of eyeballing it.
Office
Management control
Administration, herd stock-taking, purchasing and accountability. Order, clear numbers and documentary backing.
